Speaking to Rep. Hefner "Modern Science obviously recognizes there are many more than two biological sexes, in fact there are 6. Honestly representative Hefner it surprised me too because I am not well versed in this issue area, I'm not a scientist I'm a politician, a lot worse than a scientist. So, this was alot for me to learn, you know, that rathern than just the XX and XY theres actually single X, there's XXY, XYY, XXXY, so their are 6 really common biological sexes.

This clip can be found under the quote, and starts at 2:15:30 and runs to 2:18:06. Paxtons claim is not only out of context but also a misquote by using the word "gender" instead of sex, as Rep Talarico was talking about how it is possible to have chromosomes that differ from XX and XY, asking how the bill in question would impact children playing sports with these sets of chromosomes. NOTE: Talarico was wrong about this and has walked back this statement saying he "missed the mark"

Talarico said "God is so much bigger than our human categories. God is not a Presbyterian. God is not a Christian. God is not a noun at all. God is a verb. God is not a being. God is being itself. God is love. And that's why Jesus is against anything that gets in the way of that love between neighbors, including religion. That's why he's always breaking religious rules. That's why he's always getting in trouble with the religious authorities. That's why he says sinners will see the kingdom of heaven before religious people do."

Talarico said "I want to speak directly to my fellow believers in the chamber. In committee I listened to 15 hours of testimony on this bill, the worst part for me was the number of Christians who used scripture to justify hurting children. Even on this floor today a member tried to justify a hateful amendment in the name of God's law. So let's talk about that. The first two lines of the Bible the first two lines in Genesis used two different Hebrew words to describe God, one is the masculine Hebrew noun for divinity, the second is the feminine Hebrew noun for spirit. God is both masculine and feminine and everything in between, God is nonbinary. In Genesis 1:26 God speaks of God's self in the plural saying let us make human beings in our image to be like us. That's the infinite multitude of God the masculine the feminine and everything in between."
